      Terms and Conditions for Magento Development Agency Business:

      • Scope of Work: Our Magento development agency will provide web development services using the Magento platform. Our services will be limited to the scope of work agreed upon between the client and our agency.
      • Payment Terms: Payment for our services will be due as per the payment schedule agreed upon between the client and our agency. All payments must be made on time to avoid delays in project completion. Failure to make payment on time may result in project delays or cancellation.
      • Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights including copyrights, trademarks, and patents related to the project will be owned by the client. The client will have full ownership and control over the project once the project is completed and payment has been made in full.
      • Confidentiality: Our agency agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by the client during the project development process. We will not share any information with third parties without the client’s explicit consent.
      • Liability: Our agency will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the client due to the use of our services. The client is solely responsible for any consequences of using our services.
      • Warranty: Our agency provides a warranty period of 30 days from the project completion date for any errors or defects caused by our services. Any issues found during the warranty period will be fixed free of charge.
      • Termination: Either party may terminate the project at any time by providing a written notice to the other party. In case of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for all services provided by our agency up to the termination date.
      • Amendments: These terms and conditions may be amended or modified by mutual agreement between the client and our agency. Any changes must be agreed upon in writing and signed by both parties.
